Obituary
Cecile Hunt was born November 21,1921, to Louis and Clara (Courteau) Carpentier in Zenon Park, Saskatchewan. She studied nursing in Tisdale at St. Theresa Hospital then moved to Kinistino in 1944 to work in the hospital. Cecile married Reginald Hunt on January 12, 1946.
She is survived by her five children: Kathleen (Brian) Bedard, John (Deloris) Hunt, Mavis (Wayne) Bellisle, Murray (Cecile) Hunt and Daniel (Darlyn) Hunt. There are fifteen grandchildren: Darrell (Vicki) Bedard, David Bedard (Meaghan Ketcheson), Angela (Dean) Bedard Haughn, Boni (Bret) Eggers, Patrick (Jennifer) Hunt, Laurie Bellisle (Syd Tippett), Greg Bellisle (Tara Dutcawich), Holly Bellisle, Lorne Bellisle (Donna McNeely), Jocelyne Hunt (Bruce Porter), Jeffrey (Cheryl) Hunt, Stephen (Janelle) Hunt, Janell (Todd) Earl, Aiden Hunt, Brennan Hunt as well as numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Cecile resumed her nursing career in Kinistino in 1956 and continued nursing there until she retired. She was always very devoted to her family, her faith and her community.
Cecile was pre-deceased by her husband Reginald, her granddaughter Meara Hunt, her grandson Gordon Hunt, her parents, her siblings and their spouses: Margaret (Cliff) Rousson, Gertrude (Marcel) DeCruyenaere, Wilfred (Claire) Carpentier as well as her brother Leonard Carpentier and brother in law Roger Sirois. She is survived by her sister Joan Sirois, sister in law Marlene Carpentier.
