Obituary
Stuart was born in Kinistino, Saskatchewan on September 7, 1956 to Frank and Marianne Chambers. He was a wonderful brother to seven siblings. He grew up in Weldon and then moved to Kinistino, where he married and resided with his wife Jacalyn.
Over the years, Stuart worked primarily in sales and provided countless hours of help to the Kinistino Tigers, both Junior B and Senior teams. These things allowed him to meet many people from near and far. No matter where he went, he always ran into someone he knew. Stuart was a very outgoing guy who loved to B.S., joke around and pull the occasional prank. Being active in the community was something Stuart was passionate about. Over the years, Stuart served on many councils, boards and organizations. He was a sports enthusiast, always willing to help, give ideas or advice to anyone who needed it.
Stuart will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years and best friend Jacalyn, his siblings Allan (Linda), Ron (Marlene), Ed (Lorraine), Lorrie, Rene (Bill) and Charlene, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends. As well, he will be dearly missed by all of the children who knew him as “Uncle Stu”.
He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Marianne Chambers, his in-laws Jack and Sadie Drysdale, his brother Richard, and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Edward and Sandra Drysdale.
Stuart had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know so many people in his life and he loved to share his stories about such. Though we appreciate your friendship to him, his wish upon his passing was to have a private service. “In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still.
In our hearts you hold a place, no one else will ever fill.”
