Obituary
Laurence Walker was born in Coleorton, England July 3, 1924. His parents moved their family to Canada (Laurence and sister Barbara) in April of 1927 settling near Kamsack and then Daphne, SK, where they farmed.
Laurence joined the airforce during WW2 and was stationed in England where he met and married Freda Etchells in Feb 1946.
They eventually settled in Melfort in 1962 where they remained.
Laurence worked as an autobody man until he retired to enjoy hunting, fishing with Freda and wood carving.
Laurence was predeceased by wife Freda, his parents Harry & Maude Walker of Watson and sister Barbara of Alberta.
Leaving behind their daughter Gail and Brian Switzer, Grandsons, Dustin Reiner and Devin Reiner and Great Grandson Drayken Reiner, Calvin Reiner and niece Jenny Strachan.
Memorial contributions can be made in Laurence's memory to the Royal Canadian Legion.
