Obituary
Ellen Lenora Pearson (nee Erickson) was born on September 21, 1929 to Edwin and Augot Erickson. She was the second oldest of their 8 children. She grew up in the Brockington, Sk area, and gained her education upto grade 8 at the Pine Bluff School. On August 12, 1949 she married Peter Walter Pearson. They had six children together in a span of 19 years. After Walter passed away in May of 1969, she raised the kids to the best of her ability as a single woman. She was greeted into the afterlife by her parents, Edwin and Augot Erickson, her brother Wayne Erickson, and sisters Augot Erickson, Irene Bowman, her husband Walter Pearson, her daughter Donna Derksen, and her son Lori Pearson. And many other family and friends. She had to leave behind her sisters Edna Lindskog, Lillian Oberg, and Kay Olson, her brother Ken Erickson, her sons Garry Pearson, and Brian Pearson, her daughters Brenda (Craig) Simon, and Sharon (Rick) Prytula, and her son in law Abe Derksen. Her grandchildren Teresa Derksen, Christine (Chad) O’Brien, Carrie (Mark) Malmgren, Jeff Derksen, Lester (Kristen) Pearson, Latasha Pearson, Rhea Simon, Megan Simon, Nikki Simon, Shania (Darwin) Harder, Thomas Prytula, Morana Prytula.
