Obituary of Robert Fred Fredin
On Thursday December 15, 2022, Robert Fred Fredin loving husband and father of three children suddenly passed away at the age of 75 years.
Robert was born on April 21, 1947, to Dorothy and Carl Fredin in Melfort, Sask.
Robert was raised in the Leviathan District and took his schooling there.
Robert worked construction all his life, but worked the longest for Broda Construction 20 years, till his health started to decline. He loved to go for drives around the countryside, in the morning and evening, to check the wildlife out, as he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and friends.
On October 27, 1973, he married Darlene Parkvold, at the United Church in Pleasantdale, to this union they had three children Koreen, Curtis, Karen, he was very proud of them and always there for them.
Robert was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Carl Fredin, In-laws Lydia and Alfred Parkvold.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Darlene and his children Koreen, Curtis (Kerah), Karen. His brothers Arland (Grace), Les (Dorothy), Brian (Chandra), and his sisters Inez (Roy), Dianne (Floyd). He is remembered by his in-laws Evelyn (Jake), Barb (Les), Phyllis (Wayne), Fred (Lou), Dennis (Eileen), Sharon (Lyle), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and numerous extended relatives.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, children, as well as family members and friends.
